I have subscribed to a number of services over the last few years and I can honestly say that your customer service over the last couple of days has been better than all of them put together - I'm sorry that I'm firing quetions at you, I just wnat to get things right.
 
Btw I am not looking to make huge profits overnight - I know even to know that isn't possile, just a gradual increase in profits.

Thanks Sid for a very entertaining and profitable day.
Even after having to leave the last two races on auto they gave £15+ @ £2 stakes. 
Ended up £134 on the day so will be back for more.

Hello Sid

We are trading on 2 scanners all races from pm start to end of pm session then stopping.
Monday to Saturday.
 
We have been up as much as +9 some days but at the moment we have not made any profit at all since we started using the system and scanner daily because:
accidentally double submitting a lay (lost 5 points in that race)
accidentally laying the wrong horse (lost 11 point in that race)
forgetting to cancel lay request when hedging (lost 5 points)
missed races when we could have traded them
missed races due to race delays and 5 minute intervals - now have 2 scanners to solve this
crashed scanner once lost 3 points
Conclusion:
Excellent trading system - the best we have ever seen
Great scanner
Great selections - so please dont change the settings!!!!!!! (or if you do please let us keep the present ones!)

Definitely a profitable system once errors eliminated and 100% understanding of the system/scanner is acquired.
